SizeProp may offer Trial Accounts that provide temporary, no-cost access to the simulated trading environment. Trial Accounts are not eligible for payouts of any kind.

Any payout is a discretionary reward based solely on simulated performance. Payouts are not profits, not investment returns, not derived from market trading, and not tied to actual trading profits or real market activity.

SizeProp may conduct its own independent internal treasury or risk management activities solely for its own account using Company funds. These activities are performed entirely at the Company's discretion, are never linked to or executed on behalf of users, and do not affect simulated trading results or discretionary payout decisions.

Trading cryptocurrencies generally involves significant risk. Performance in a simulated environment does not indicate or guarantee future results. Participation in the Services should not be relied upon as a source of income.

US users acknowledge that the Services are not subject to the investor, trader, or customer protections available under US federal or state securities, commodities, or derivatives laws.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SizeProp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your access to or use of the Services, or reliance on any information provided on the Site, including errors, omissions, or inaccuracies.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total liability of SizeProp, including its affiliates and their respective directors, officers, or employees, for any claim for direct damages arising from or relating to the Services shall be limited to the greater of the Challenge Fee paid by you or five hundred United States dollars (USD 500).
